Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Cash. 

Please no personal checks.

 Service Guarantee
We want you to be happy and satisfied with your hair.  If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please call us within 7 DAYS of receiving your services, and  we will work with you to correct any issues/complaints that you may have. 

 Product Guarantee
We offer full exchanges on all product purchases within 30 days of purchase. Educating you and ensuring your satisfaction is a vital part of our philosophy. We want you to have the products that best suit your needs. We encourage you to bring in any item that is not meeting your expectations and we will be happy to exchange it for a more appropriate product. Please note that product credit can only be used towards other products, not services. 

Appointments
Upon making your appointment, we require a credit card to secure the appointment. We recommend that you make all of your appointments in advance to ensure stylist availability. Please allow yourself plenty of time to get to your appointment. If for any reason you are running more than 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment or modify your service(s). 

 Cancellation Policy
Please understand that stylists time is valuable. If you miss your appointment without giving at least a 24-hour notice, you will be charged 40% of the cost of the missed service(s). Failure to honor an appointment without any notice will result in a full service charge. These fees will be expected to be paid prior to future visits. For your convenience, we provide a confirmation call 48 hours prior to your appointment. We ask that you keep us informed of any changes in your contact information. 

 Gratuities
Gratuities are never expected, but always appreciated. Gratuities are not included in your service cost or with gift certificate purchases. We accept cash or you may add it to your credit or debit card purchase. Please be aware that your gratuity MUST be added to your credit or debit card purchases PRIOR to charging your card. Thank you. 

  Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for your gift giving convenience and are offered in any amount of $25 or more. Gift certificates do not include gratuities and are not redeemable for cash. 

 Disclaimer
All pricing is based on time and product used to perform each service. Pricing is subject to increase if additional time or product is needed to accommodate your particular hair needs. If you have any questions on specific pricing then we urge you to ask your stylist for pricing prior to your service.
